Like I have said on twitter & to people in person before, Bey’s upcoming album 4 was recorded over a year ago and has been complete for quite sometime now. 28 tracks were made for the album, but we will see the final tracklist to be shorter then that as they pick which to be added to the album & which to be thrown away.
